Folks, our market is on fire. We are in such a strong seller’s market, and we’ve already had a phenomenal month. Here are the details:
Though our level of inventory is low, demand for homes is very high. We have 1.75 months’ worth of available inventory. This same time last year, we had 2.15 months of supply, so we’re slightly stronger this year.
To give you an example that will help clarify what this means, we just listed a property in North Scottsdale for $875,000, and we were able to sell it in about a week and a half for $860,000. We listed another property in North Phoenix for $435,000, and we were able to get the sellers that price when it sold. Another property we listed at $270,000 had 20 offers on it, and we were able to sell it for $280,000.
