What does the average sales price look like in Maricopa County? We work in 17 major cities here in Maricopa County, and the first one people think about is Scottsdale. The average sales price in December of 2022 for Scottsdale was $1.3 million. In contrast, our most luxurious market is Paradise Valley, which is a beautiful little town with an average sales price of $3.2 million.

Now, let’s talk about the more affordable properties. Mesa’s average is $500,000 and Goodyear’s is $502,000. Our most affordable city is Maricopa, and the average sales price there is $362,000. Whether you’re looking for luxury or affordability, there’s something for everyone in our area.
